Welcome to www.artigianatopersiano.it. These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products from our online store. By using our site and completing an order, you accept these conditions.

2. Products and availability
The products for sale are described with the utmost accuracy. However, as these are handmade Persian crafts, including carpets and other artifacts, each piece is unique and may present variations in color, size, and design compared to the images shown on the site. Product availability is subject to change. In case of unavailability after ordering, the customer will be informed and can choose between a refund or waiting for restocking.
3. Prices and payment methods
All prices are expressed in Euro (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
We accept the following payment methods:

Advance bank transfer
Payment must be made at the time of order. Unpaid orders will not be processed.
4. Shipping and delivery
We ship within Italy and abroad through reliable couriers.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and product availability.
Shipping costs are indicated during the purchase process.
The customer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address. Any additional costs due to address errors will be charged to the customer.
5. Right of withdrawal and returns
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.
The product must be returned intact, unused, and in its original packaging.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the return, excluding shipping costs.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise indicated.
6. Warranty and product defects
The products sold are covered by a legal warranty of conformity of 24 months, pursuant to the Consumer Code.
In case of defects, the customer must contact us at info@artigianatopersiano.it with photos and a description of the problem.
If the defect is confirmed, we will proceed with replacement or refund at no additional cost to the customer.
7. Privacy and data protection
The personal data provided during the purchase are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

8. Applicable law and competent court
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
In case of disputes, the competent court is the Court of Verona.
